Grid
Display testimonials evenly in a responsive, multi-column grid.
The Grid block arranges your testimonials in a clean, even grid — the most flexible way to show social proof on a page. Every card is the same width, the columns adjust to fit any screen, and an optional Ajax Pagination child block (a smaller block that sits inside the Grid) lets visitors load more reviews without reloading the page.
When to use it
- A dedicated "What our customers say" section or page.
- A tidy, scannable wall of reviews where every card carries equal weight.
- Any layout where you want load-more or numbered pagination.
How to add it
- Click the + block inserter in the editor.
- Search for Grid (under the Real Testimonials category) and select it.
- Pick one of the six card designs when prompted.
- Open Query Builder in the inspector to choose which testimonials appear.
Layouts
The Layouts panel is where the Grid differs from the other display blocks. Unlike the Carousel, it's a single settings list — there's no second movement tab, because a grid doesn't slide.

Turning on any of the last three toggles wraps the block in a Testimonial Group and inserts the matching child block automatically. Because a grid doesn't scroll, there are no Navigation Arrow or Pagination Dots panels here.
Query Builder
This panel decides which testimonials the grid shows. Pull the latest ones, one or more groups, a hand-picked set, or only high star ratings — then set the display limit and the order (or shuffle randomly). See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Card Content
This panel controls the testimonial card itself: toggle and drag-to-reorder the parts on it (photo, title, text, rating, name and more), set the alignment and a hover effect, and style the card's background, border, shadow, corners and padding. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Testimonial Content
This panel shapes the title and the quote — heading tag, full or trimmed length with a Read More action (expand, popup or link), optional quote symbols, plus typography and colors for both. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Star Rating
This panel styles the rating on each card: pick from 16 icon styles (stars, hearts, thumbs and more), set the size and spacing, and choose the filled and empty colors. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Reviewer Image
This panel controls the reviewer photo: resolution, aspect ratio and size, the fallback avatar for testimonials without a photo, retina loading, and click-to-play video testimonials. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Reviewer Details
This panel handles the who-said-it line — the name's heading tag, a verified badge, how company info, location and date are displayed, and typography for each part. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Social Media
Shown when the Social Profiles card part is on, this panel sizes and styles the reviewer's social icons — icon size, clickable area, gap and colors. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Motion Effects
This panel adds movement as the block scrolls into view — an entrance animation (fade, slide, zoom, bounce) and an optional scrolling effect, per device. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
Advanced Settings
This panel covers the whole block: a background with padding and margin, per-device visibility (show or hide the block on desktops, tablets or mobile devices), and custom CSS class and ID fields for your own styling. See the full breakdown in the Carousel reference.
How it loads
Grid results load fast because the plugin remembers (caches) them between visits, so returning visitors don't wait for everything to be rebuilt. The saved copy refreshes automatically whenever you add or edit a testimonial, so what people see is always up to date. Live searching, filtering and random ordering always fetch fresh results instead.
Grid-specific notes
- Ajax Pagination is enabled by default. Set Items to Show Per View in the Ajax Pagination child.
- Grid honors wide and full width alignment from the block toolbar.
Tips
- Turn on Random Order for a "fresh" wall of reviews on every visit.
- Use Based on Star Rating → 4 Stars & Up to surface only your strongest feedback.
- Reorder card parts to put the rating above the text for a review-site feel.
- Set Columns per device so cards never get too narrow on mobile.
